God has blessed my soul and driven me by the ethos of Arete — the pursuit of High Virtue and Excellence in everything I do.
I believe I was Created to Create. I love manufacturing so deeply that I have devoted my entire career to it — and that passion is no accident. It was instilled in me by God, the Master Creator himself, placed deep in my soul as both a gift and a calling.
I am consistently investing in myself — learning from those who have truly been there — so that I can bring the very best to everyone I have the privilege of working with. I learned early on from some of my greatest customers that knowledge must be shared. That's how we all grow. That's how we stop just competing on a global scale and start winning.

The Next Generation:
I have a passion for designing and building things from nothing — so it only makes sense that I fell in love with machining. Especially when those things end up on my cars and race car.
Manufacturing has been part of my life since day one. My dad got me started young — 3D printers and Fusion 360 at an age when most kids were just playing video games. That was over 10 years ago and I never looked back. This trade is absolutely awesome and I wouldn't have it any other way.
Running our V-32iT 5-axis machine is something I genuinely love. We've invested in Mastercam, multiple 3D printers, 3D scanning technology, metrology equipment — and there's more on the way. We're always pushing to have the best tools available because the work demands it.
Every single day there's something new to learn, and that's exactly what keeps me fired up. My mission is simple — sharpen my skills daily and share everything I learn with other Young Guns in this industry who are hungry to get in and make their mark.

As wife to Aric and mother to Bryce, Theia has been immersed in the world of manufacturing for over 20 years — and yes, she's more than used to the smell of coolant by now. She didn't just marry into this industry, she became an irreplaceable part of it.
From the first hello a customer receives to the books being balanced at the end of the day, Theia does it all. Customer communications, bookkeeping, and everything in between — she is the quiet force that keeps Victory Precision running smoothly, professionally, and with a personal touch that you simply can't manufacture.
